You can cancel your subscription or service at any time. You can cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@fajaede.nl.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until your current billing period ends.
2. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
Conditions for Refund:
"Refunds apply only if the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue."
3. Proration
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
