By downloading, installing, or using the FajaedeSEO AI work-flow (“the Plugin”) or any of our other software , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Plugin/Software.

Fajaede grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin software or any of our other software for personal or commercial purposes on WordPress websites / websites you own or manage .
3. Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any of our software .
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin/Software without prior written permission .
- Use the Plugin/ Software for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws .

4. AI and Data Usage

- All data processed is stored locally on your server unless otherwise stated.
- No personal or website data is transmitted to external servers without your consent.
5. No Warranty
The Plugin/ Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fajaede does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Plugin/ Software .
6. Liability Limitation
Fajaede shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Plugin software or any of our other software .
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals
Grandfathered Pricing & Failed Payments Your locked-in promotional price (such as introductory lifetime deals) remains valid only for continuous, uninterrupted subscriptions. If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, chargebacks, or an expired credit card), our payment processor will attempt to retry the charge. If the payment ultimately fails and the subscription is automatically canceled by the system, the promotional price is permanently forfeited. To resume using the software after a cancellation due to non-payment, you must purchase a new subscription at the current standard rate listed on our website.
